The main entrance door will be closed from 7:00 PM. Access to the Tower will be through a side door adjacent to the main one (under the portico), where a staff member will be present.

Refunds and changes:

Cancellation with refund or booking modification possible up to 24 hours before the start of the activity.

Before booking, remember that:

Booking: Reservations are required.
Working time: If you're late, you won't be allowed to proceed to the next session and you won't be refunded. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
Summit terrace: Access to the summit terrace is via a narrow staircase, requiring a signed waiver on site. Children under 8 are prohibited, even if accompanied by an adult.
Audio guide: To use the audio guide, you will need to use your smartphone and earphones.
Minors: They can only enter with an accompanying adult.
Pets: Access to animals of any size is prohibited.
Luggage: Access with bulky bags and backpacks is prohibited.
Shoes: Closed shoes or sandals with a back strap are mandatory. Slippers, high heels, or barefoot are prohibited.
Municipal Art Collections: The Tower and Collections have different opening hours, so plan your visit accordingly. You'll still have six months to use your ticket.
Culture Card: Culture Card holders must use the card to access the Municipal Art Collections.
