Le Albe dello Yoga , curated by Renza Bellei , is back to accompany citizens and guests on a journey of physical and mental awakening immersed in the quiet of the early hours of the day.

The meetings will take place every Saturday until September 5th , from 6:30 to 7:30 , in the park of Villa Mussolini , a few steps from the sea. The lessons will be suitable for practitioners of all levels and are free of charge.

Summer in Riccione begins like this: barefoot on the grass, breathing deeply into the new day, while the light of dawn accompanies slow, mindful movements. A chance to carve out a space for reflection, energy, and serenity. The initiative is part of the city's summer calendar, which encompasses sports, culture, and sustainable tourism, with the aim of promoting a healthy, mindful lifestyle in touch with the environment.

To participate in this activity, it is advisable to bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing.
