Comedy returns to the forefront of Riccione's summer with a new installment of "Onde comiche ," the series that brings some of Italy's most beloved comedians to the stage in Piazzale San Martino. On Tuesday, August 11th, at 9:00 PM, Gianluca Impastato will be the evening's guest, presenting a show that combines wit, character, and the rhythm of his extensive stage experience.

Milanese comedian, actor, and cabaret artist Gianluca Impastato is a familiar face to the general public, thanks above all to his presence in the cast of "Colorado" on Italia 1, a program in which he brought to life some of his most famous characters, including Chicco d'Oliva, the winemaker with unlikely tastings, Mariello Prapapappo, and the Photomodel.

His career began in 1998 with the comedy group "I Turbolenti," a group with which he won major awards in the cabaret world, including the "National Cabaret Festival" and the critics' award at the "Premio Charlot" in Paestum. Over the years, he has alternated between television, theater, and film, appearing in films such as "I mostri oggi," "Bar Sport," and "Eccezziunale veramente – Capitolo secondo." In 2010, he published the book "Che tracannata signori!", dedicated to the character of Chicco d'Oliva.

The event with Gianluca Impastato is free and sponsored by the Municipality of Riccione, promoted by the Riccione Abissinia Association, and organized by the management and entertainment agency Landhub, under the artistic direction of Giovanni D'Angella.

The “Onde Comiche” series will continue with its final event scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, when artistic director Giovanni D'Angella, aka “Il Papocchio,” a stand-up comedian and content creator renowned for his captivating comedy, will take the stage.
